Richmond, Kentucky Podcaster Launches 30 Day Challenge to Grow Free Fitness Community From 20 to 1,000 Members
Famous Ashley Grant's More Movement Please community focuses on daily movement and accountability, with no diet talk allowed
RICHMOND, KY, August 21, 2026 — Ashley Grant, host of the More Movement Please podcast, has launched a 30 day public challenge with the goal of growing her free fitness community from 20 members to 1,000. Grant is documenting the effort in daily video updates, sharing both the wins and the setbacks in real time.
The community, called More Movement Please, is built around one simple daily question: have you worked out today? Members check in, share what movement looked like for them that day, and support each other with encouragement rather than pressure. The group is free to join at famousashleygrant.com/group, with optional paid tiers available for people who want additional coaching support.
Grant started the community after spending the past year building her own fitness habit from the ground up. She marked her 365th consecutive day of movement on July 13, 2026, the same day she released Episode 100 of her podcast and officially opened paid membership tiers. Her goal with More Movement Please is to give people who feel intimidated by traditional fitness culture a place to start, without diet talk, calorie counting, weight loss language, or pressure to look a certain way.
"You won't find anything in this group about cutting calories or eating less," Grant said. "The whole point is to get people moving, in whatever way works for their body and their life."
The community's paid coaching tiers are led by Rhonda Goode of Fitness with Rhonda Goode, a Silver Sneakers certified group fitness instructor with more than 14 years of experience at the YMCA in Richmond, Kentucky. Goode leads bootcamps, workout content, and live Q&As for paying members, while the free tier focuses on daily accountability and community connection.
Everyone who joins the community during the 30 day challenge will receive a free eBook of 42 tips pulled from Grant's first year of getting serious about fitness, along with lessons Goode has shared through the podcast.
Grant records the More Movement Please podcast in a conversational, unscripted style, often from her car, and has said the raw and honest tone is part of what makes the show connect with listeners. The show releases new episodes on alternating Mondays and Wednesdays.
Grant operates under the personal brand Famous Ashley Grant, which spans five pillars of fitness, food, finance, fun, and fame. She also works as a social media content strategist for RSS.com and ghostwrites for clients across several industries.
Whether or not the community reaches 1,000 members in 30 days, Grant said she plans to keep documenting the process publicly.
"I have no idea if I'm going to hit this goal," Grant said. "But I'm showing up every day to try, and I want people to come along for the ride."
